The Asia-Pacific Leadership Network (APLN) has over 180 members from 26 countries across Asia and the Pacific, consisting of former political, diplomatic and military leaders, senior government officials, and scholars and opinion leaders, dedicated to addressing security challenges in the Asia-Pacific, with a particular focus on nuclear non-proliferation, risk reduction, and disarmament.

Dinusha Panditaratne is Adviser and Head, Asia at the Commonwealth Secretariat in London. Previously, she was Executive Director of the Lakshman Kadirgamar Institute of International Relations and Strategic Studies (LKI).

HMGS Palihakkara has served as the Foreign Secretary of Sri Lanka as well as Chairman and member of the UN Secretary General's advisory board on disarmament.
