South Korea Going Nuclear: The Negative Consequences and Implications

Debates on the need for South Korea’s nuclear armament are unfolding in Seoul and Washington with North Korea’s growing nuclear threats. On 13 February, APLN Vice Chair Moon Chung-in will give a speech on the causes of recent debates and the potential consequences and implications of South Korea’s nuclear proliferation at the Goldman School of Public Policy, University of California, Berkeley.
