The Asia-Pacific Leadership Network (APLN) has over 180 members from 26 countries across Asia and the Pacific, consisting of former political, diplomatic and military leaders, senior government officials, and scholars and opinion leaders, dedicated to addressing security challenges in the Asia-Pacific, with a particular focus on nuclear non-proliferation, risk reduction, and disarmament.

Rhea Moss-Christian is the Executive Director of the Western and Central Pacific Fisheries Commission (WCPFC). She is also the former Chair of the Marshall Islands National Nuclear Commission (NNC), and has served as the WCPFC Chair from 2015-2018, the first woman to hold this position.
