Her tenure at the National Maritime Foundation in New Delhi marked a foray into maritime research and diplomacy. Collaborating with government bodies and armed forces experts, she authored impactful research papers on maritime developments.

Transitioning to YOUNGO in Bonn, Germany, Sakshi dived into climate policy as a Policy Officer. Here, she contributed significantly to the Human Rights Working Group, steering UNFCCC COP28 and SB58 side events. Her proactive engagement as a keynote speaker at educational webinars highlighted her commitment to advocating for climate justice. Noteworthy is her representation as a Global Youth Ambassador at Theirworld, London, advocating for inclusive and quality education under UN Sustainable Development Goals 4,13,17.

Sakshi's vibrant involvement in numerous conferences, paper presentations, and publications underscores her commitment to fostering meaningful dialogues on crucial global issues including her paper presentation as a speaker on Plastic Pollution and waste management at UNEP Summit 2023, Republic of Côte d’Ivoire and STEAR annual conference.
