Rishika Singh is a Visiting Associate Fellow at the Centre for Air Power Studies (CAPS), New Delhi (India). She is engaged in research on Nuclear Energy and Security. She is a lawyer and pursuing Ph.D. in Nuclear Energy and Public Policy. She is a Certified Nuclear Security Professional (CNSP) specializing in Communicating with Civil Society from The World Institute for Nuclear Security Academy (WINS), Vienna. In addition to this, Ms. Singh has worked on the critical relevance and need for a robust public participation & consultation framework in Nuclear Energy and Small Modular Reactors.
