In investigative journalist Bob Woodward’s latest book, Rage, the reporter writes that the Trump administration debated the use of as many as 80 nuclear weapons on the Korean Peninsula, sparking heated debate in Korea and abroad regarding the nature of U.S. military operational planning in the region.

Our panelists will discuss several questions, including whether the U.S. is or was willing to deploy nuclear weapons against the DPRK preemptively, and what the use of nuclear weapons by the DPRK or the U.S. would actually look like.
