On 17 May, APLN Board Member Manpreet Sethi authored an article for the Observer Research Foundation on No First-Use policy after it was recently re-introduced by two democrat members of the U.S. Congress. She discusses the importance of adopting this policy as well as the obstacles that the U.S. government could face when trying to implement the proposed bill. Read more
