Bakhtawar Iftikhar is a researcher based in Islamabad, Pakistan. With a strong foundation in IR Theory and International Politics, her research delves into the intersection of Emerging Technologies and International Relations with a special focus on Artificial Intelligence. Her work attempts to navigate both the potential risks and benefits of the rapid technological advancements in the 21st Century.

She completed her undergraduate studies in International Relations from National Defense University and is currently a Research Assistant at the Centre for Aerospace and Security Studies, Islamabad. She is also pursuing Data Analytics as a skill in order to integrate it with social-science research.
