The Cross-Theatre Strategic Cooperation project, conducted by APLN and the European Leadership Network (ELN), convenes senior Track-II experts from Australia, Japan, New Zealand, the Republic of Korea, and Euro-Atlantic states to explore ways to enhance cooperation on cross-theatre crisis prevention and crisis management. It also investigates how NATO and these “IP4” states might institutionally cooperate on these issues.
