APLN is delighted to welcome MinHee Chang Oh as our new Operations Manager.

MinHee holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Studies and Spanish Language and Literature from Hankuk University of Foreign Studies. She previously worked for the Embassy of Nicaragua to the Republic of Korea. Born and raised in Quito, Ecuador, she brings a diverse background to her professional pursuits. Her areas of interest include foreign policy and international relations.
